Noah's Template of Enterprise Success- Serial 6 Capital in Perspective (By Yinka Akintunde) 💦   Capital is not a new concept, native only to the modern world. Since productivity began, capital has always been a major pillar. Capital in the context of enterprise is any material and non-material input whether in quantifiable or non-quantifiable measure invested in production of goods or services to the end of reaping back commensurate output in higher value. We are mostly familiar with money as a form of capital for enterprise. Truly money is a capital, but many people have brought only their skills as capital into an organisation and have become stakeholders there, being rewarded back in cash and kind based on their input of skills. Whatever you bringto the market place of life as input in exchange for more value in output is your capital. To make gain is for the value realised as product to be higher than the input, while to make loss is the exact opposite.

NIGERIAN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM : Factors responsible for the collapse of Nigerian Standard of Education Nigerian educational system both on Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels are now shadows of themselves.  School systems have been neglected so much which has led to poor quality of students produced, that cannot compete with students from other countries.  Below are some of the Factors responsible for the collapse of Nigerian Standard of Education today in our country.  They are: 1 Incessant Government decision/policies: Government in the past, have taken unfavourable decisions that have really done a great harm in our Primary, Secondary and Tertiary schools in Nigeria. New government comes in with their own policies thereby abolishing the existing policies just to satisfy their selfish purposes instead of the general populace. No politician or church will really build your world for you as it was intended to be built. I am sure angels were on earth in the days of Noah as ministering spirits to him who was an inheritor of grace, yet they didn't build the world for him. Yes, we have books and other guides that help us better prepare or anticipate the various milestones in child raising. I remember using BabyCenter when I was pregnant, especially at my first pregnancy and it helped me understand the changes my body was going through at the time. By the second time, I needed less coaching. I also referred to BabyCenter during the first year of raising my baby. My sister tells me there are books for raising a girl child and a different one for raising a boy child. As much as I long to read these books, I’m not very surprised I haven’t made the effort to get them. Maybe also because I think raising kids is not by textbook guide. Your rewards here on earth are therefore mostly a function of your enterprise engagement. Whether you are being rewarded in wages, salary or even with political office; you must have done something to merit reward. Even though what you are and who you are important and can determine what you do; nevertheless, you are mostly rewarded here on earth based on what you do.                DRUG/ALCOHOL ABUSE AMONG             THE YOUTHS One of the major negative issues affecting the youths in Nigeria and the world at large is drug /alcohol abuse. This has really eaten deep into the lives of youths.
